  • The Nava Pod is fully spray-foamed insulated and equipped with dual heat pumps and triple pane glass for power efficiency even in the most extreme climates. These key features allow the Nava Pod to maintain your comfortable living even in -40°C (-40°F) and up to +50°C (122°F) outdoor conditions with our powerful air conditioning units. 

  • The Nava Pod is equipped with all living amenities for comfortable living including a bedroom, full washroom, kitchen, living room and storage cabinets. Add-on options can be included and we offer construction of outer balcony, deck and hot-tub.

  • The Nava Pod is highly durable and low maintenance as it is crafted from a steel core and aluminum exterior giving it a minimum of 50 year structural integrity. The outer pod is easily power washed and is completely rodent-proof with no access for outdoor pests.
